Live Event Sound Rates

Live sound events typically have many variables. Contact us to discuss your project for an accurate quote. Specializing in small and medium-sized projects, we have lower overhead than a full-service A/V staging company and therefore offer more cost-effective options. 

Terms

  • Rates adjustable for payroll/timesheet and box rental pay plans
  • All overtime is billed at $120.00 per hour, adjustable for payroll pay plans 
  • One-way travel time beyond two hours becomes part of the 10-hour rate clock, as does the return travel time
  • Mileage over 50 miles is charged at standard IRS rates
  • Tolls, parking and NYC Congestion Pricing are billed as pass-through costs
  • Net 30 from invoice receipt
