• Technical visit data: our hosting and analytics provider, Cloudflare, automatically records basic, aggregated visit data (such as pages viewed and approximate country) through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This service is cookieless and does not track you across other websites or build a personal profile.

How We Use Your Information

• To read and respond to your project enquiry.
• To understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use our site (via cookieless analytics).
• To protect the site from spam and automated abuse.

Where Your Information Goes

When you submit the enquiry form, here is exactly what happens:

• Your message is sent through our website's server (a Cloudflare Worker) to Cloudflare Email Workers, which delivers it as an email to our owner's personal inbox.
• The email arrives at larrykaltenbach@me.com, hosted by Apple iCloud Mail. From that point, it is stored only in that mailbox, under our control.
• We do not store your submission in any database. Your enquiry exists only as the email we receive.
• We do not share your information with any advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party form services.

Service Providers We Rely On

We use the following providers to operate the site. Each acts as a processor on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and security, the enquiry form, email delivery (Email Workers), spam protection (Turnstile), and cookieless web analytics.
• Apple iCloud Mail — the email inbox where your enquiry is delivered.

Cookies and Spam Protection

• Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. It does not set tracking cookies in your browser.
• Cloudflare Turnstile is used on our enquiry form to verify that submissions come from a real person and not an automated bot. Turnstile may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to function. It does not track you for advertising.
• We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking.

Data Retention

Your enquiry is retained for as long as we keep the email in our inbox. You may request that we delete your enquiry at any time (see Contact below). Aggregated, anonymous analytics data is retained by Cloudflare according to its own retention policy.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you gave us, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Our site is served over HTTPS, and our hosting provider (Cloudflare) includes built-in protections against common web threats. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
